I used to get notifications when my camera sensed movement but it doesn’t anymore. Also, why is it that I can’t set it to record instantly when there is movement? The fastest setting is 30 seconds? That’s just crazy! Please fix these. Also, half the options on the menu are only half of a word
Motion Push Notifications No Longer Working!

The app has worked decent since I have started using it, however, I now notice that after the most recent update, push notifications for this app in iOS ARE NOT WORKING. This is huge because this is typically one of the main features and reasons that someone buys these cameras for. I have ALL push notifications in settings for this app set to “on” as well. It no longer works on either iOS device that I have tested. I have also confirmed that motion detection on the device is working as it still populates timed motion snapshots, alerts just are not sent for these. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Playback doesn't give u the ability to fast-forward or rewind. Also the when you go into playback, the video turns and u can't do anything but let it play. I tried to reset it to factory settings but still the same thing.

Biggest complaint is you cannot seem to download videos from your cameras. You can play back from sd but not save to phone. I also think the resolution setting is a bit of a joke. Says 2k and 4K but reality is they only do 720p.
Won’t connect

Just got this device and it won’t connect to my phone or the WiFi. Keeps saying it’s offline, device has been charging all morning and it still has not connected, such a disappointment.....

Mine will not work either. The instructions are so tiny you can’t even read it with a magnifying glass and glasses on. How can I get help.....?.....?......?.......?....?
