No manual no WiFi

I own several cams and this app is the only app with which I have continuous problems. Add new cam by WiFi doesn’t connect to WiFi after selecting SSID and entering password. Just says “offline” and I’ve waited for over 5 minutes after “connecting to it.” Add online camera after connecting to cameras SSID before opening app and same thing: open WiFi settings, choose WiFi network, camera reboots then says “offline” again. Can’t change settings when cameras offline and can’t delete cam either. So delete app and re download app and reset camera just to do the same baloney all over again. Followed Instructions in the manual to the tee many times. Very disappointed i still can’t connect.

1.) Charge the cam all the way up (it’s best to leave it plugged in to a charging source while using it. The battery seems not to last long!!) 2.) Download cam’s app on your phone. 3.) Connect it to the cam’s hot spot network. (THE HOT SPOT NETWORK FOR THE CAM WILL START WITH LETTERS DK...) 4.) Once you have the hot spot connected, go into your WIFI settings in the app, locate your WiFi network, and ask to join your network. 5.) You should be able to operate the cam how you want to after following these steps. It takes some time to get it configured right, but after you do, it works as described.

I bought a clock radio with a nanny cam in it for home security. The manual that came with it had directions to use a different app but had a pen scratch it out and had this app handwritten underneath it. I searched for the scratched out app because all of the instructions are for that app, but it is no longer in the app store. This app works but there are multiple misspelled words, really bad English grammar, Chinese responses to commands, no help file or working support link, and no definitions for the app icons.

Read the rest of the reviews. WiFi doesn’t work. So just don’t buy the product. Really isn’t worth it.
To the inventors of this app. Is this a scam? Are you trying to fix the problem?

App works great. There are a few little misspellings in the app, but that doesn’t affect the operation of the app or the quality of the camera. If you’ve used one of these apps you’ve basically used them all, so setup was very straightforward and simple.
Worst piece of Chinese junk I’ve had yet!

Have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times and camera is still not visible to the phone or app or network! Instructions hard to read and despite mentioning reset button on camera, where is it? Don’t waste your money! Spend a bit more and get something proper with no hassle.
