App is just so slow and late to respond. I would think the cost to better the app would be relatively low to a big company like Hayward. It would need to be 100% faster to change my mind however. It is that slow. Always have to hit buttons 2 to 3 times to get choices made.

Quite possibly the worst App ever developed

This app was released as quite possibly the worst manufacturers interface ever marketed and then left out there to fester in its uselessness for years to come. Come on Hayward, at least act like you care that people she’ll out thousands for your pool equipment and then are treated to this steaming pile of crap you call a control interface. You should be ashamed. Better yet, you should have to use this app to download your paychecks every week.

Way more complicated than necessary. I have had multiple people try this app and all say it is bizarrely bad. Because of how expensive and poorly designed this app/product is I could never recommend a Hayward product to anyone ever. The customer support for their product is almost non existent and a redesign of the app would have gone a long way to making it more user friendly and less frustrating.

Tremendous regret we ‘upgraded’ to this app based control. It’s terrible and my interior wall unit no longer works. So this app or outside panel is the only way to control. Just awful execution. There is a 5 second delay with every button push and then it only registers every third button press. Hayward help us!!!

There will be no feedback from me since all the issues stated in the feedback feed by other users. Only one question why the issues weren’t addressed? I disappointed about Hayward support for this particular app.

This remote is absolutely garbage. It rarely works. I would never again buy a Hayward system.

Not sure why the other review said this app was terrible but we downloaded it yesterday and it works fantastic! You hit a button and it’s instantaneous! We have a super strong WiFi signal with the router so maybe that’s the difference with the other people who left a review. Definitely recommend!

Null message on screen

Not sure what’s going on with the App. The app shows “null” since last week. At first I thought it was my account but when my husband logged with his acct he also gets the same screen. Is there an update we need to do?
