I have been using three different apps for my todos, email, and calendar and have always desired to have them all in one place. After Sunrise announced they were folding, I looked endlessly for an app that had a calendar that could match Sunrise, a email server that could match exchange, and a todo that was as powerful as Todoist. After some tweaks this app has far exceeded my expectations.

There are many of these apps out there today. Many of them with all of the bells and whistles. For the lifestyle that I live, I need functionality that is simple and comprehensive. I was able to download this app and begin using it immediately. No need to go to a training conference to figure out yet another software. Email, to-do list, calendar, all interconnected. Ready..set.. go!

So simple to get started!

Fantastic app! wish it had notes

This is the most used app that I own. Great for to-dos, manages my google calendar expertly and even checks my email. The real winner is the desktop app which sits in your gmail window seamlessly integrating everything. I really really hope the developer just adds a simple field for notes (not adding a note to a to-do), so that I can dump Evernote workflows, one note and the countless other apps I try to use to keep everything in one place. handle is so close to that dream!

When will mail app developers learn that if you don't support the big 800 lb guerrilla that is exchange then your app is nothing more than a "wanna be". Many of us don't have a choice on our mail service and just want an easy way to handle it. Pun intended!

This is my favorite productivity app by far. It is the easiest I've used, and the e-mail integration saves me so much time. I can assign an e-mail to a specific date in the calendar, so that it is there when I need it and I don't have to search through thousands of e-mails in my inbox to find it.

I used Sunrise calendar for years & was disappointed when they went away, but I found this app in the process so it wasn't all bad! I enjoy this a lot, I LOVE the to-do function as you can set it for specific days & times, & set reminders. A couple of things not hitting the mark for me: 1. Emails rarely push through to this app, and if they do it's hours after they show up in my usual mail app, which makes it pretty much unusable as my sole mail app. 2. I wish there was a widget for this app so that I could see my calendar events/to-dos on my 'today' page. Overall I'm very happy with this & it has been insanely helpful to me at night when I can't sleep because I'm remembering all these things I can't forget to do - I can just grab my phone & quickly input some to-dos to get them out of my head. But, I'm concerned as others are with the lack of updates & support because I don't want to have to hunt for ANOTHER app after just doing that when Sunrise went under.
