Only been using the app for a few days. It's currently doing what I need.

No more spinning plates...not so fast

After a few months a few glitches surfaced. I also noticed a lot of redundancy with other modalities. This app is for someone, not me. Originally I wrote: So far I loaded and completed tasks I would otherwise be hard pressed to accomplish after work or on the weekend. We spin plates at work, but in reality sometimes personal business is more important and volatile when it falls between the cracks. This app dovetails all into one and lets you manage your time to harvest unseen opportunities.

Good start but missing key features

The idea of Handle is great, and the basic structure is really nice. A couple of things keep it from seriously replacing other task managers though. 1. Email support is only for Gmail right now. I'm sure they're working on expanding it, but until they get exchange support (at a minimum) it's not ready for most professional users. 2. You can set up repeating tasks, but have very limited options. For example, I can't have a task that repeats on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I can do every day, once every week, every month, etc, but nothing that's more fine tuned. I think the gold standard here is the natural language recognition of Todoist, but even a simple adaptation of the system used in an app like Streaks would be welcome. 3. I would love to see an option to offer the developers a one time payment to support them instead of having to sign up for a subscription. I know I can sign up for a subscription and then cancel, but it shouldn't require an extra step for me to give you money. Especially because the lack of the two features above make the app a non-starter for me, I don't want to subscribe just hoping that the features I need will eventually be available. Bottom line? If you're a gmail user with tasks that repeat daily or on the same day each week/month/year, this is an great app to check out. If you're not that exact person, the app is missing features that would allow it to replace whatever you use now.

Helped me a ton!

I mainly love this app because it integrates my emails with my to-dos AND CALENDAR!! This is the first app Ive actually tried and loyally still use.

Useless for Most

My continued complaint: no support for anything but Gmail. Exchange or iCloud users cannot use this. I frequently see reviews saying, "I'm sure they're working on this." They're not. I've been waiting for over a year, have sent a few inquiries, and the response is always, "We're focused on making a great product for our Gmail users first." Don't hold your breath.

Love having Calendar, ToDos and Email in one place (at Inbox 0!)

Update on 11.7.16 Loving this app. I can keep on top of email, but it's also a super superior todo list app when compared with Wunderlist. Best productivity app around. Period. ----------- An update on 12.19.15 Handle continues to be my most used app. Interestingly, I use Slack a ton but it's not used for the task management functionality I really need. I use Slack for messaging, but Handle is my go-to for tasks, projects, email and calendar. ---------- And another update to my review. Absolutely awesome app. Continues to replace the needs I used multiple apps for, including Apple Reminders, Clear, Wunderlist and Omnifocus. Also takes the place of some Evernote functionality. Great job!!! ------------ Updating my review ... VERY solid update. The app has completely replaced all ToDo list functionality and I no longer use the stock iOS Calendar and Mail apps. ----- Finally, an email app that gets it. Tried Accompli, tried Mailbox, Boxer, etc … all cool but didn’t solve any REAL problems. I love that I can turn my messages into To-Do items and schedule a reminder. VERY cool that reminders are BOTH at a specific date and time AND at a location! Remind me to call when I leave the house? Awesome! And then turning email messages into Calendar events is huge. So much of my email is about scheduling meetings and appointments so I really needed that. And then having a timeline that shows all the To-Dos I created AND my calendar events in one view is killer. I can basically live out of this app. I’m at Inbox Zero now, too, across 5 email addresses so loving that. I can think of deeper functionality I’d like to see, but not bad for a v1 app. Well done.

So far...

I can only give a limited review at the moment bc I've only had the app two days. So far tho I have to say I like the basic concept seems to be something that could work out very well for me :)

Amazing app!

I love love love Handle! I have tried literally every app out there and Handle is far superior. My main issue was wanting integration of email, calendar and tasks all in one. The only other app I've found that does this is Informant, but with that app you only receive the emails in the app so you can convert to actionable tasks - but with Handle it's real email functionality that allows you to write new emails from the app, forward, reply, create tasks of course and add attachments. Amazing! Of course, there are additional features I'd like to see added like subtasks, better project management, ability to duplicate tasks and projects, but still this app deserves 5 full stars because it is way better than anything else! Good job developers!
