When will the learn – Handle: GTD To-do List and Calendar Management Review

When will mail app developers learn that if you don't support the big 800 lb guerrilla that is exchange then your app is nothing more than a "wanna be". Many of us don't have a choice on our mail service and just want an easy way to handle it. Pun intended!
