So thankful for communication again. Love this app. Email,converting email to todos, project management, and calendars along with Evernote integration,Watch app, Gmail desktop app, all elegantly done. I heard development is still ongoing which was great news.
Great for iPhone 6s; not good for ipad 2; needs a full standalone desktop app

I love this app on my phone, as it works well with my gmail accounts and I feel like it keeps me on track. But many of its features don't work on my iPad 2 even though both are running the latest operating systems and the settings are the same in all applicable preferences. That's a pain because I like to use my iPad for reviewing email and the calendar feature. The two platforms even show different calendars and to do lists though they supposedly sync from the same account. Not helpful if you're going to boast that it works seamlessly on both platforms, Handle! I contacted customer service about the issue last week. No reply yet. Will review again if/when they get back to me.

Zero support. Oh, they have a feedback mechanism and a support email link, but nobody every answers. Stop using the app and the marketing efforts to get you back heat right up. Need assistance? Crickets. The product has no search feature. If it does, it isn't clear where it would be. One question - three times. No answer.

I like this app. It was a good substitute when Mynd stopped. But there are a couple of issues. Despite what they say, the app does not sync between iPad and iPhone. I have contacted the creators over and over. At first, they responded but when it was not fixed and I contacted them again, I got no response so two stars off for bad customer service. Secondly, if I am creating a task and a word brings up emails (I hate this feature and want to turn it off), then the "other options" link is unavailable so I cannot add a reminder. I have to write something else to make the email list go away. I dislike that undated reminders go to the bottom. They should be before the list of tasks slated for the future. Most of all, though, it is the customer service - or lack thereof - that bugs me the most.

This is a very easy and useful app if you want to have e mails saved to Evernote or to a to-do list. It is excellent and quick for those who have to deal with a lot of emails as part of their tasks. Thank you - outstanding.
