Login disappointment, limited selections and commercials!

I can watch Hallmark movies on my cable box all day long. When watching through AppleTV or on app on iPad, I must log in EVERY time I select the channel! Hellloooooo! It’s still me logging in through the same AppleTV! Additionally, in the middle of a movie, I was logged out and had to log in just to finish! Further, a new for 2021 movie came out, I watched it and then the movie disappeared! WTH! I can watch the new movie once, then it’s gone never to be found again. When browsing movies, why not the ENTIRE list of Hallmark movies from years past? Why only a select few? And who selects those movies? Commercials are long and often. Much to long and often. So disappointed in this app.

Good content if you like wholesome-feel good TV. Literally one of the most difficult TV apps to navigate. Nearly impossible to go from one episode to the next. Cuts show off in the middle of a scene for a commercial. Difficulty rewinding and fast forwarding. Not trying to skip commercials…just trying watch a show, rewind to something I missed or go forward if I rewind to far. Not rocket science.

I enjoy watching Hallmark and was excited about the app. The app crashes several times. I have Apple TV and at least once a day I have to delete the app then reinstall it. Can you please fix this?

Cuts off the end of movie

3 times I’ve watched the new movie the next day. It starts another movie before the ending.

I have the app on my phone, and I don’t know what happen with your recent update, but it cuts off the last five minutes of every show and then auto goes to the next show.So when I’m traveling I can’t watch the whole show I Have to ask someone who’s watched it or Google what happened at the end which is hard to find. Please fix this so we don’t miss the best part of the show lol the kissing part.

Great Channel terrible app.

I love the Hallmark Channel, but this app is terrible. The app keeps crashing on me and kicks me out of my channel subscription. Then I have to log in all over again. Then if I'm watching a movie and it kicks me out I have to start the whole movie over because it won't let fast forward to where I was when the app crashed. Please fix this. I love your movies, but this app makes me not want to deal with the hassle

Annoying Logouts and limited movies

I really like the channel, but the app is majorly annoying. Very few movies are available for streaming. The live stream requires a login, which is to be expected, but the login does not even last through a whole movie. You get kicked out of the app and have get back in and then login again. Lastly, there is no “info” for what is on the live stream. No show/movie name, no remaining time, and no cast info. Very annoying and subpar compared to other “channel” based streaming apps.
