Horrible App

Hallmark, when are you going to update and fix your app. , This is one of the worst apps ever. It constantly crashes, it never remembers your login, the video and the audio are never in sync. Hallmark you make enough money you can hire someone to rewrite your app

The app lags and there are a bunch of playback issues. When I pause the app to answer a call the movie starts from the beginning. Sometimes I have to delete the app and install it all over again.

No playback controls or ability to exit a movie. This is a fundamental for an app that plays movies.

Ridiculous that paying $70 per month and having three hallmark channels to watch on YoutubeTV doesn’t allow me to access content on this app to rewatch or watch missed movies. I shouldn’t have to pay yet another subscription (FrndlyTV) to do this.
Extremely Frustrating App To Use

This app is extremely frustrating to use when trying to watch movies. I’ve tried using this on my mobile device, Roku, and laptop. The app never saves my login information. I have to re-login every time I want to watch anything. It will suddenly exit mid-movie, causing me to have to login again. If I pause the movie for a few minutes and hit play again, it will automatically log me out and I’ll need to login once again. It is so unbelievably frustrating that it doesn’t have the capability to store recognized devices to not have to login multiple times in order to complete a single movie. This is the ONLY streaming app that seems to have this issue. Hallmark TV needs to do better!

The app won’t even open. Just gives me a blue screen that says Hallmark in small writing at the top

App issues

I love hallmark especially during the holidays but the app on the fire stick (this is the device I use) constantly crashes mid movie and when I go to restart it, about 10 min of just commercials play. And sometimes the commercials sound is delayed and will continue playing as the movie plays. I don’t think I’ve ever watched a complete movie without an issue. The app itself is the issue. There are bugs that need to be addressed.
Love the app but needs some updates

I love using this app to watching my hallmark movies. I just wish that if I happen to fall asleep I could rewind the movie. Or maybe even start it over. It’s so frustrating that I cannot rewind to the part I last saw. I also wouldn’t mind it if the movies stayed on a little bit longer and 3 days. Thanks!
Great App on iOS, terrible on firestick

This app works great on my iOS devices, but crashes frequently on my firestick. I cannot even make it through one episode of a 1 hr show without deleting the app or deleting the data and clearing the cache. Please fix the app so that I can use it on my firestick.
