Hope you don’t miss an episode or a holiday movie because the app won’t let you watch anything besides the live options. Stop putting new movies on the Home Screen if you won’t even fix the app to let us watch them! This app has always been the worst one but I deal cause I love hallmark movies but my patience is almost done.
Today I was watching a movie and I had 20 minutes left, the app froze and when I got back in I had to restart the movie. It would be nice if You could pick up where you left off.
Watching movies on demand is terrible. Kicks you out of the whole app repeatedly when you try to play a movie on demand. Not to mention, you can’t fast forward through commercials and recent movies are only available for 5 days. Blech!
I’m having trouble with the app. If I want to stream Hallmark channel on my tv, I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time. It works better on my iPad, with a few glitches. I don’t understand why you posted some of the new Christmas movies and then took them down. Now the only Christmas movies on the app are ones that were there in September.
I love Hallmark, but the app is so frustrating. It seems to be on East Coast time only? Not such a big deal but it can get confusing when watching live TV. Also, when watching live TV right now on the app, both the Hallmark channel and Movies and Mysteries are playing the same movies. Even though the schedule claims they should be playing different movies. When I go to the app on my tv, they are in fact playing 2 different movies like they should be. So I’m not sure what’s wrong with the app. Last, it’s also frustrating that at times, you can’t fast forward or that the “continue watching” won’t actually keep your place. Again, I love Hallmark but the app isn’t always the best.
I don’t watch television through cable anymore. It’s horrible that one can’t see hallmark shows and movies (current shows and movies). I’ve been a fan for years and got tired of the poor service and hassles with a cable provider. Why not negotiate something with YouTube or Prime for s spot. I would gladly pay.
I love Hallmark but this app has a lot of performance issues. I need to login so many times, sometimes twice in a day. Also even I pay for all the channels, Hallmark Misteries and Hallmark Drama won’t open saying I’m not subscribed. I love all the Hallmark content and I watch it every single day but you need to improve this app a lot.
Seems like every time I turn around I’m having to re login into the app, which in itself is annoying. Nothing has changed on my end, why am I constantly having to enter the code to get access again? Then there’s the constant crashing. I’ve been trying to watch the last 15 mins of this one movie for an hour now. I’m logged in, yet everything is locked as if I’m not. I’ve restarted my tv, logged out and re logged in. But yet I still am unable to finish the movie I’m watching. Get it together hallmark.
It’s really annoying. I just downloaded this app on my AppleTV 4K yesterday so I can have some Christmas movies playing in the background while I work from home, but literally after the movie ends and I try to pick a new one, it logs me out. Each and every time. I signed in with my cable provider and for my other apps it never does this. If the problem isn’t fixed soon I’m just going to delete it.
I have to reboot my iPad every time I get this error which is daily. I have a new iPad and it’s up to date. Seriously annoying!
