Essentially a broken website packaged inside of an even more broken app. If you do get it working, good luck finding a ride. Somehow, even less reliable than calling YC directly. Awful, terrible service.

Worked 3 times for me when in downtown Austin. Better than calling. Got a cab number. When I call, no cab number. Don't try to pay thru app.

It will tell you a car is 3 minutes away the entire 45 minutes it takes for your cab NOT to show up.
What garbage. Don't even waist your time !!

Bring back Uber and Lyft. This isn't even worth it!!!! The app isn't intuitive and I used it 2 times and still don't know what the heck I'm doing!!

I've tried using the app several times. Each time I get an initial ETA for a cab of a few minutes followed soon by repeated messages that there is a delay finding a cab and I am moving up in the queue. I gave up each time and used a ride hailing app instead.
You're better off actually calling the cab

This app looks like it is trying to be uber. No matter how hard they try, they won't be anywhere close. After attempting to create a booking, cabs would continue to drive past and not stop to pick us up. The estimated time would fluctuate from 15 mins to 3 mins to arrival but never changed from there.

The app allows you to enter a pickup location and destination, but it does not actually book a taxi. A little message at the top of the screen tells you that you have to download a different app.
