No thanks! This app is slow on my phone. There is no guarantee the app will work on booking a Taxi? What?!?!? I miss uber!

Unable to estimate fare. Ever. Cabs are always "15 minutes" away. No, they're not. Interface was built using geocities apparently. Nice job, Austin. What an up and coming "cool" and "weird" town you are.

I scheduled pickup for a certain time. At that scheduled time, the app began looking for a cab for me. It kept saying that nobody was available yet and that I was moving up in the queue, without any indication of how long it would take. I eventually gave up and walked to the nearest hotel to get a cab, which I didn't feel safe doing as a girl alone at night. I've never had a problem getting an uber at that same time of day and same location. On top of that, the cab was more expensive than uber.
Terrible staff, mediocre tech, awful experience.

Phone staff are terrible at providing information on ETA. The app itself doesn't refresh well on available cabs and location nor on estimated ETA. Calling them directly makes it worse: the staff said the service is cancelled and then 30 minutes later the cab driver calls all upset that they're waiting outside for me. What?

Absolutely horrible app. The cab companies can not and will never be able to fully handle this city. Took an hour to TRY and get a cab. Kept saying "delay in your area" .. I ended up driving to the bar. Thanks Austin you rock!

This app is infuriating two-fold. 1. The functionality of the app is super clunky and doesn't do half of the basic things you'd expect from a ride hailing app. 2. Yellow cab is just as bad as I remember. Twice now I've been left stranded somewhere unable to get a cab for over an hour even though it show that drivers are available. I eventually have to call and wake a friend up at 1:00 in the morning to come get me from work. I guess download this app if you have no other alternatives like me, but don't expect a cab to actually accept your booking most of the time and definitely not quickly.

I was told by a cab driver that they refuse all downtown request. You will wait for over 2 hours and nobody will accept your ride. Just hail an Austin Cab or Lone Star cab. Never use yellow cab!!!
