Scheduling trips in advance works, at last

@Kblackbn

The date/time picker works properly now.

Why would I want this app?

LakewayMimom

When I registered for this app, I was told that the ride could not be guaranteed if made through this app. When I tried to check the estimated cost of going to the airport, I was told that could not be given. I am wondering, "What is the reason I would want this app when I am told that the ride may not come and they will not tell me the cost if it does come?" Therefore, I am deleting this app before even trying it.

Worthless garbage

Technology is better

This app use a useless piece of crap. You can't even schedule for a set time. What's the point? Download Uber.

Just call the cab company

Coyotesweat

Fate estimator, supposedly powered by Google, cannot Find Austin Bergstrom International airport? Even when the actual airport address is typed in. Really? And no choice to select a destination by tapping map. And you can't schedule a ride when needed. So save yourself some time and just call your preferred cab company instead.

The app is zoom crazy

mdholmberg

The app would zoom out to the wold map when tracking cab location. Then I would zoom in, then it would zoom out to the world map again. It seemed that every time the cab changed location it would zoom out to the world map.

Junk app Junk service

kylewiedman

From out of town and didn't expect Uber Lyft etc. to be shut down the day before I arrived. Tried to use this app to book a taxi no driver ever claimed the booking. Eventually just had the hotel call me one. App is beyond terrible as far a usability, seems like a poor knock off of actual services that are more affordable and more reliable. Austin needs Uber and Lyft etc.

Well Then

TheMadjotter

Looks like the fares are going to be twice as much now.

Completely useless

jnolen

Cabs won't show up. What a shock.

I miss uber

I miss uber

Terrible service. They don't deserve to be in business. The app offers a wait time of 15 mins and 20 mins later they are still "looking for an available car"

This app needs improvement, and the company needs better customer service

Beachtexan

This app is a hit or a miss. Taxis in other cities do not have apps, so I appreciate this app's effort. I like that the app notifies me that the taxi is within 1000 feet. I like that I can reserve a taxi in advance, which works most of the time. However, the app still needs more development. The payment mechanism does not work reliably. I had drivers call me days afterward to say that my credit card transactions did not go through and I need to pay them again cash in person. I entered my home address on the app, but the drivers cannot see it in their system. They call for directions and arrive at least 15 minutes late. Drivers lied about my address not being in the app or on Google maps. The app does not record any ratings I enter for drivers or bookings. The last few drivers I rode were rude. The first driver tried to drop me off in at busy intersection, where it was not safe to stop the vehicle. One driver showed up too early for my reservation, then left me stranded but the app showed it as "picked up". I gave another driver my destination address and preferred route through rush hour, then he drove the long way around to purposely double my fare, saying he didn't know where he was going. This app still needs major improvement and the company needs better customer service. I have taken taxis many times in Austin before and usually was contented, but the poor customer service has left me very disappointed and frustrated.
