Love it!

Well designed, crisp UI. The only game I still play on my phone; got bored with the rest. If u like a strategy game, I highly recommend it.

A collection of timers

baslack

Ok, Hades’ Star is billled as space strategy, but it’s really not that. Strategy implies conflict and an ability to win or lose, but in HS the only opposition I can see is the scrabble to get to red star planets. Gameplay really only consists of managing to timers. Ship travel is slow, so it’s a timer. Scanning new systems? Timer. Research? Timer. Upgrade? You guessed it, timer. There’s not even an incentive to purchase currency because all it does is bypass timers and as that timers are the central game play mechanism you are just skipping the game. You can do that for free by uninstalling. There’s a bit of route optimization in the trade shipments, but beyond that not a single strategic decision to be made. So year, if you enjoy juggling timers, have at it. If you want strategy, move on.

Fun casual game

Drains the battery super super fast, even with battery save option on. My biggest desire is to improve transport management. It’s tedious having to do transport by drawing a line each time, I wish they would just auto maneuver to the planet I chose for delivery. I would also like to have a transport management screen where I can see all transports and pull up shipment options from there.

Buying problem

TheManShadow

Awesome game. Absolutely love it! Been playing for a week and will play this forever. Only problem is I’m trying to buy the starter pack for 1000 credits and it won’t pop up for me to pay ?

Great game, new feature ideas

Grondling

This is a good game and I like that it doesn’t require a big time investment or micromanagement to advance as in other empire games. Some suggestions for new content: Comets. Travel in a slow orbit around your home system’s star at the same speed as your miners. Intercept with a miner for a large hydrogen bonus or a small amount of crystals. Artificial moons. Build for planets with fewer than two moons for a large investment of credits and hydrogen; choose from several boosts such as faster research time, increase yield of shipments from the planet it orbits, etc More to do with your planets. The game is simple enough that introducing some complexity with planets beyond upgrades would help the game. Options for terraforming and other forms of geoengineering to change the characteristics of your planets. Thanks!

My review on Hades’ Star

JB Cali

This is a very great game. To the creator, thank you so much for creating a game for me to be able to sell my soul to. If I could rate this it’d be way way more than 5 stars.

Chat ruins this multiplayer game

Skeletoriels

The game itself can be fun, but with only one global chat channel and a broken mute function, this game breeds more frustration than need be. Blocking a player only lasts as long as you keep the app running. Upon starting the app up again, all blocked players are unblocked and the pissing content begins all over again. Report does nothing until the devs review the report, which can take days and by then it’s a bit late to mute the reported player. On top of all that, the main developer Andreas is whiney twit. I would rate this at 0/5 if possible.

Time Machine

Blunt w/o Filter

In White Star matches it extremely fun! However Time Machine, which allows you to make future commands and see your corp. movements as well. This also allows your enemies to see your movements too, which destroys creativity in matches. An easy fix could be you only see your corporations movements only. I hope the next update does this.
