I’ve only been using HEB Pharmacy on Robert Drive for less than 6 months. Not once has this been an easy process. The only reason I continue is the price for prescriptions is amazingly low WITH Good RX. Very very disappointed with the staff, communication, problem solving and at one visit the employee asked me who I’d talked to earlier when I received the wrong script than told earlier the script I did order was ready. I was insulted! It’s not my job to remember names. Horrible relations with a customer.

Been trying to get it set up for months. When I try to set it up it says I need to get a text message or phone call; both options end up with a server error.

Fantastic product WHEN it actually refills existing prescriptions. Huge time saver. All that makes it so frustrating when you order a refill and see a confirmation. Then look back the next day to see the refill request has disappeared.... Back to old school dial up refills ?

The pharmacy is always very helpful. Their staff associates are always friendly. They will always try to find the lowest price on your medication. Their service is excellent!!!

Please either hook it into the HEB grocery app or create a payment feature so that we can pay for prescriptions online. The grocery app works perfectly, so if this one cannot be hooked into it, it could be used as an excellent model. Otherwise it works great. Just inconvenient to have to call in to pay ahead of time - long waits on the phone.

The system for adding a prescription does not work. I’ve tried numerous times over several days and get a server error on step 3 where it asks to validate by sending a text message or making a call. Neither option works. Went to the Pharmacy. Supposedly they did something to fix it. Still same problem. Useless.
