Lack of support and promises not kept

I have reported issues for several months now and still no fixes. They took away the slot machine in Tokyo with the promise that something better would replace it and still nothing. If you were going to replace a feature wouldn’t you have it ready?
I hate this game now.

I was playing this game on my iPad and this game but independently on my phone. Then about two months ago, they forced me to sign up fo the game with Facebook. I never do that but it as like I was frozen. I figured I would do it, then delete FB. NO! I am trapped - it sent me back 10 cities and I get to the next city, then it throws me back. I’m about done!

With this latest update, my phone heats up super hot as soon as I start it.
It has started to make my iPhone really hot.

Didn’t seem to have a problem with it before, but this past week, it has really started to heat up when I play this game. I don’t have trouble with any of the other apps I run.

Sometimes this game is totally frustrating. It use to be better, but now you have to pass every single thing to move on. Wish it wasn’t “updated“

I’ve been playing this game for 4 years now. I really love it, except I wish you got better prizes and you claim each day. And each level you play the coins should be higher then just 10 for the first level. But other then that it’s a really fun game.

Beware of this one....
I’ve been playing this game for awhile now and have made a lot of progress. It can be difficult at times and the last couple days I’ve had a problem with the game crashing but the customer support was great before and hopefully it’ll be good this time. This game is very addictive and I’ve gotten my family playing it. Once you start it hard to put it down. Really enjoy it. FH
