I log in every day I was almost to 300 days today. It said I didn’t log in and took all of my rewards of almost 300 days away. Please fix.

I’ve played 481 days straight n the rewards is very little.

Having to post from my iPad bc iPhone will not allow me to type a review so this review is based on my IPhone game account. Been playing for years. Have completed all cities 100% up to Monaco, not without spending a disgusting amount of money however. Never mind the fact that spending so much money on a game is totally irresponsible but I simply cannot afford to do it anymore. So now I only get 5-10 mins playing time before having to wait for my lives to renew. I love a challenging game, that is what drew me to Gummy Drop, but it’s gone from challenging to impossible. I don’t mind that I repeatedly fail the levels as much as I mind lives running out so quickly. I just wish I could keep playing more than 5-10 minutes at a time. Please make this fun again. Offer more lives or more options for continued playing time. Lighten up on the difficulty. Even some levels that aren’t marked as hard are impossible to beat without spending coins or using boosts. The -1 levels (i.e. 4-1, 4-2, 5-1, etc) are the only fun levels anymore, the only ones I look forward to playing. It makes it seem as if your goal is to have everyone spend money as the only way to advance and that comes off as greedy. You offer specials to get unlimited lives for a couple hours but the minimum amount to pay for that is $24.99?? Come on now! Many other games offer something like that for $0.99-$1.99. I’m sure my review won’t change things but it’s just disappointing to love a game so much and see it change for the worse this way all in the name of the almighty dollar. With only 5-10 minutes playing time I can already foresee that I’ll eventually have to find another game I enjoy just as much to replace this one. Also, several updates ago something happened with the sound. I have to turn my phone all the way up to hear it. I use the iPhone XS Max, it’s in fairly new condition, and no other apps/games have this issue so I know it’s not my phone. Anyone else have this issue?

Have loved playing this game, but just bought coins (1100 for 9.99) and it only gave me 800..

e game is beautiful, but it needs more motivation for players through meaningful gifts that motivate the continuation. The game depends on in-game purchases at exorbitant prices that do not match with being a game

So tired of completing levels then the games freezes so the challenge that was completed becomes void and lives taken away from you. Horrible!!!

Disappointed in automatic loss of points by this game

II play this game everyday for the last several years and enjoy it, at the end of 2019 I had over 31,000 points. Sometime after that I open the game to play and much to my surprise my points had automatically been reduced to to a little over 24,000 points. Not sure why this happens but I the past I have had minor losses in the past, NOT SURE IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM!

I love the game but I find it very frustrating that when spinning for extra moves or as extra life, 90% of the time it stops at that silly smiley face with the tongue sticking out. Plus I think there should be 5 lives instead to 3. The creators of this game makes it very frustrating to advance. I love Cascade a lot better. The player gets more rewards and I find myself playing longer with Cascade! ALL of the other games I play have 5 lives instead of 3 and they get restored quicker and the player doesn’t get penalized at all when spinning the wheel.

I see several people have commented about the problem collecting daily rewards and this has happened to me also. Your response is to contact customer service which I have done several times, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Why don’t you just fix the problem instead of wasting so much customer service time?

BEST GAME EVER!!!!! If I could only have 1 game, this..Gummy Drop,, would be IT! (Forget all the negativity)
