I have played this game for years and it has given me HOURS of pleasure. I have claimed my daily treasure chest for more than 440 days running and just a few minutes ago my daily chest appeared showing Day 1! Also, all 5 resource generators in Sydney have disappeared. I don’t know what else is missing, but something is definitely wrong. What’s going on???

I’m getting frustrated with not being able to close a city. I’m about ready to delete this game. Your solver is not helping. I’ve tried to use it exclusively but I still lose. Your girl is also annoying. It wastes time when I’m given time. I wish there was a site where I can go to solve like CodyCross.

This game is fun but when you know you have friends that have been playing and they don’t show up to ask for and give lives to is very frustrating, you get no response when you email the problem!

In this trying time where lots of people are staying at home, why don’t you offer extra life or lessen time from 20 minutes to get next life to 5 minutes? You want more people to play this game. My fave game, but...

I love this game and have been playing for 5 years. I like how you are able to earn coins to make progress and typically can earn your way through play without having to buy extra help. I’ve seen some great improvements made, but the latest is requiring me to use resources in order to move forward that are not yet earnable at that point in the game, in that city. That’s not fair as I’m literally unable to move forward without buying extra resources. Bad form.
