Restaurant can deliver frozen/uncooked food! – Grubhub: Food Delivery Review

First few orders were great, food delivery on time and fast. Then I ordered on late night, food came frozen / uncooked. After speaking with Grubhub they told us to speak with the restaurant to get our money back even with pictures to prove it, and the restaurant was returning the fault on Grubhub and telling us to complain to them. Anyway I think Grubhub should make it painless for their customers and deal with their restaurants. After this experience, I just stopped using this service. Actually easier to directly deal with a restaurant!
