Crashes

Group me crashes all the time on my phone. My friends and I have been noticing this for a while and it is very frustrating because it is the primary way of communication between my organizations and me. I love this app but the crashing is very frustrating.
Not user friendly

My daughter’s softball team used group me in 2018 and I did not have a problem. Of course I only used it for her softball team and never again until now. As of right now (Nov 2020 to present) I am unable to see or join my daughter’s basketball group. I have tried to reach out to customer support to no avail. The app does not have a “teams” section like it used to. I cannot search for her group. I can not do anything and it is super frustrating. I would not recommend GroupMe to anyone. This app is absolutely zero user friendly.
Great app... but...

Love this app but it keeps closing out randomly. I’ll open it to check some messages and it’ll just close out. So this needs to be fixed. Thanks!

I used to use this app and I haven’t in a long time. A friend of mine wants to use the app for a group and I can’t because I don’t remember my password. I requested a reset. I open up the link but it just directs me to a page to download the app (which I already have)!
