App does not work! Refund please!

I downloaded this app and paid $2.99 and it doesn’t work! The app does not show in privacy section under contacts. Therefore you can not use it without contacts! Please fix or refund.

I used this app successfully on two previous iPhones over the last five years. Now the app no longer accesses the contacts on my iPhone X even after deleting and reloading. The manual and app support functions don't work either.

Will not load contacts - doesn’t show in Settings~Privacy as an option to allow Group Text to access contacts. Submitting for refund.

I’ve been using this app for years but lately It isn’t syncing my contacts. Now I have to copy someone number that’s in my contacts and manually put them into a group but when I first started using this app I didn’t have to. I would just tap on the contacts I wanted to put in a group and I would be finished. I’ve emailed support for help but no one has responded with the answers. There are other issues I’m having but I don’t have time to input but all in all it is a good app but I would love to be able to sync my contacts once again. Please fix my problem!

Used to be great- now the contacts no longer sync. So sad. Guess I’ll have to find something else. Was a great tool before

I got this app because I need to regularly send a text to over a hundred people for a group that I volunteer to serve. When I got this app, it let me send to all of them, yet each one looked like an individual text to the recipient. Now, however it does what I can do with the iPhone: it shows the whole list and everyone’s number to everyone. What the heck? That is NOT an improvement. That was exactly why I gave you $2.99, to NOT DO THAT. Such a disappointment. Now I have to start the hunt all over again for what should be the simplest thing. I want to send the info to everyone without sending everyone’s number to everyone. It should look like an individual text. It used to do that. Now it doesn’t.

This has been great as a tool for our 4H club. I like that individuals reply only to sender & not to the whole group. The only issue I have (and it could just be me) is I cannot add a new member/contact to the Group through my iPhone... I need to do so on my iMac and it then updates the Group via the Cloud. UPDATE: left this review over a year ago and recently only half or less of our group reliably receive texts. Wondering if this app is no longer working well with latest iOS? Plus now, when folks reply to a text (IF they get them) it replies to the whole group which I don’t want. Sadly need to downgrade my rating & hope developers update... please!
