Doesn’t sync to contacts even in privacy in settings.. they never replied to my support email or anything. They took my money and ran. Very disappointed

Does not work, there is some type of glitch where it doesn’t show up on settings so I can’t go. For access to my contacts Waste of money - if this thing had physical body it wouldn’t even work as a paper weight

The app tells to grants privacy access to app but the app doesn't appear in the privacy section. Cannot use the app.

I’ve contacted support several times. I’ve never gotten a reply. I have no idea what happened. I run iPhone 6plus. A couple months ago I got an ‘error’ dialogue stating group text needed to access my contacts. It always had access, one day I guess it didn’t. When I go to privacy settings and contacts it’s not even an option. I’ve reset the phone etc... This was the best app. I can’t find another to work like this one.

Ever since an OS upgrade some time ago, this app quit working. It states it needs access to my contacts list but the app isnt listed as requesting access. Stuck in a loop. I enjoyed the app before as I could email a group and any of the recipients could respond to just me and not as a conversation for everyone to endure. Not now though and has been broke for some time. Pls fix asap.

App can’t access phone contacts... in apple nor Samsung... guess the 2010 born on date was a red flag. iOS needs to be updated in the app. Ohhh well that’s what you get for $3 bucks. ?

I have iPhone 8. App says that I need to go into privacy settings under contacts and give access but that option is not available. Need a refund.
