CAUTION: NOT what it used to be

Sadly, this app no longer performs correctly since October 2017. Same phone (iPhone 7+). It is not sending texts to all the people in the designated group. They are on the list and show in the phone that they are on the message, but they don’t receive it. Nothing in the user manual or FAQ section solves it. Technical support does not respond after two emails for over 3 weeks. Time to move on. Too bad. Don’t waste your money if you need a reliable service. This would be ZERO stars if I could have.

This app was perfect for communicating to a large group. You could send out a mass text and get individually responses. For whatever reason now if anyone in the mass text responds to me their text goes to everyone. That’s not ideal. Please fix this...my baseball season is about to start and this app was my main mode of communication. HELP ASAP!

DO NOT get this app. I REPEAT, DO NOT GET THIS APP. I used it to send a text about my new number to all of my contacts because it told me OF I UNCHECKED the group chat feature, reply’s will not go into that chat. Well. It created a 551 person group chat that froze coworkers, family, friends and bosses phones up for two hours. People trolled the chat and annoyed EVERYONE. My poor family had to listen to people say horrible things. I hate this app so much. It ruined my phone and 551 other peoples as well JUST BECAUSE I got a new phone number and wanted to share. They don’t have ANY app support whatsoever because probably everyone was ruined

I need the responses from recipients to be private, to me alone, not visible by other recipients. Is it possible?

I try to follow the guidelines on how the settings should be configured but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I just sent a message out to 30 people and it sent it as a group message (all replies go to everyone). And I turned off group messaging in settings. Doesn’t work very well. Used to work better. Looking for a new app.

Since updating to version 11 on my iPhone, I frequently have difficulty creating a group message. Ugh!

This App worked well on my old iPhone 4. Now that I have an iPhone 8, it is totally unreliable. According to the information provided, this App hasn’t been update in 3 years.
