Some do, some don’t

I have 5 groups that I send messages to regularly. There are no more than 17 in a group. Sometimes the larger groups get their messages and the smaller groups don’t. Other times the reverse is true. Can’t depend on everyone getting their messages.
Can’t load contacts

I’m not able to access my groups and it continues to tell me that I should go into settings and privacy which I have done and it still doesn’t matter. I emailed customer service but no response

Haven’t been able to make it work. It keeps telling me to make contacts available in privacy settings and it doesn’t come up in privacy settings

I have used this app for years for group texts. However I switched the XR and it won’t work. Repaid for it and still nothing. I have reached out to support 2 times and no response so far.

I have used this on my phone successfully and have liked it. Downloaded to my wife’s phone and I keep getting pop-up boxes that are not all that useful. I have tried unsuccessfully to get support (no idea as to how you access support). When I have tried to access user guide redbits.com does not respond.

This app was great until I got my new iPhone. Now it won’t let me access my contact list...don’t even have the option in the “privacy” settings...
