Wanted to track a friend traveling solo whose bus was severely delayed. The nice thing is that is there is a delay it tells you. Bad thing is sometimes they have no reason or time when it’ll be arriving. Also setting the app to send push notifications for users would be appreciated, so we don’t have to keep checking the app

Dumbest drivers that don’t know where bus stations are and circle around the city looking for it, opening upper emergency exits when it’s 95 F outside to make it cooler, buses are late for hours.

I have been waiting for the bus last 2 hours only to find out it was canceled. I purchased the ticket online; greyhound has my contact information I also have the app on my phone. No notification! Nothing! I found out it was canceled when I called the customer service! I can’t believe this.

Won’t let me use E ticket

I am carrying around a book of tickets because the app won’t let me download the e ticket after I’ve entered the confirmation code and my last name a million times. The bus is loud, squeaky, cold and the bathroom is disgusting. I’m only in Dallas at my first layover and the station is disgusting my skin is crawling. I honestly just want to go back home and not even go to my aunts funeral. My skin is crawling the state of these bus stations is just sad. Homeless people a girl slumped over high on heroin that Reyes to ask me a question and could barely speak. It would be so much easier if the app would work properly. This is the worst traveling experience ever and it’s only my first stop. Its sad flights are so high even if you’ve had a death in the family. I don’t care who dies next time if I have to take the greyhound someone will have to FaceTime me from the funeral. SMH!

App is pretty easy to use, but you ABSOLUTELY 100% MUST HAVE A PRINTER OR ACCESS TO WILL CALL or this app is absolutely garbage. Why even bother with a mobile app if you don’t have an option for an e-ticket? Totally ridiculous. Bye Greyhound.

I’m sitting here right now at the Greyhound station in Richmond. I’ve been here 5 hours now. They let us know about 10 minutes in advance it could be up to an hour wait. Now, 5 hours in they won’t even give me an ETA. Absolutely no info at all on what’s going on or what I can expect. Buying a ticket was even worse than worthless because if I’d taken another option like Amtrak I’d be home right now.

I put in the confirmation number, and my last name, and it says that search trip filled, do you to either my last name being incorrect, or my confirmation number being incorrect. I know my own for last name for god sake‘s, and I know with the confirmation number is because I have a copy of the eTicket in front of me. What’s going to be done to fix this?
