I want to use it but I can’t get past the address situation!

I downloaded this app to use for both of my kids but we only have P.O. boxes where we live so it won’t let me do it...says my address isn’t valid whether I enter the physical, the P.O. box or both...VERY frustrating & I can’t get any help or resolve ☹️

Very dissatisfied with this company. I need to send you my pay stub just to change my phone number on the account??? Every time you call customer service for something they transfer to another department only to have to leave a voicemail message for someone to call you back. It’s too much!!!

I got this card when it was introduced and it has evolved so much for my nephews. At first it was a cool item for their wallets to feel like “big boys”, then we used it to manage money while in vacations and now the earn money for chores. I love Greenlight and know it’ll only get better from here. And there’s ApplePay!!! ?

This app, as the teen using it, is great in concept. However, while I can use my card somewhat well, I can’t check my balance because I’m unable to get logged into the app. I try to put in my email and password and it tells me I have an account and it needs to be added to my mom’s plan or whatever, and it is but the app won’t register that. So I have no clue what my balance is, or anything really, and my mom doesn’t know how to add me in without getting me a new card.

This app and debit card has proven to very useful for my family. It has helped keep us all on a budget and help my daughter learn to manage her money. We love it!!!
Love Greenlight but hate the off-shore support.

For the new user, greenlight champion little confusing at first. I’ve had very bad experiences every time I have called the customer support number and reached the offshore support team. They have never resolved my issue and have, in many cases, complicated things even more. By contrast, the call center located in the US is filled with wonderful people who are able to communicate effectively and resolve issues in a very timely fashion. My advice drop the offshore support and you’ll have a much better product

I had to come to the reviews on this page after a bad experience with customer service to see that I was not the only one this has happened to. But to see that it was explained away as “A bug in the system that has been fixed” 06/06/18, at least the other lady’s daughters card was expedited. I couldn’t even get my daughter’s card sent to her at her father’s house 8 states away. I ordered her lost card over the automated system like it prompted me too last week and then was told today that the automated system never sent it out because there was no money on her card. OF COURSE there is no money on her card, it’s lost, why would I put money on a lost card?? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE? I told your representative that she was flying out of town and 5 - 10 days was too long. She was flippant. I was going to cancel, but have 2 other children with cards. Ugh!

Has some kinks being accepted online for iTunes or Robux and things my kids actually want to buy but it seems to work everywhere in person. Doesn’t allow for cash back which is kinda ok but not when you send your kid in for a hair cut and they don’t take card. ? I even got a card for my babysitter so I can pay her easy. Haha. Works perfect for gas money!!

Got the card for my 12 year old and the 2xs she has used it, the card was declined at the register. My daughter was so embarrassed! Called the number on the card and hey had to refresh, which takes 30 mins just for it to work! Worst experience for both of us! Horrible card-do not recommend!
