Bug in System?? Fixed?? – Greenlight Kids & Teen Banking Review

I had to come to the reviews on this page after a bad experience with customer service to see that I was not the only one this has happened to. But to see that it was explained away as “A bug in the system that has been fixed” 06/06/18, at least the other lady’s daughters card was expedited. I couldn’t even get my daughter’s card sent to her at her father’s house 8 states away. I ordered her lost card over the automated system like it prompted me too last week and then was told today that the automated system never sent it out because there was no money on her card. OF COURSE there is no money on her card, it’s lost, why would I put money on a lost card?? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE? I told your representative that she was flying out of town and 5 - 10 days was too long. She was flippant. I was going to cancel, but have 2 other children with cards. Ugh!
