I want to use it but I can’t get past the address situation! – Greenlight Kids & Teen Banking Review

I downloaded this app to use for both of my kids but we only have P.O. boxes where we live so it won’t let me do it...says my address isn’t valid whether I enter the physical, the P.O. box or both...VERY frustrating & I can’t get any help or resolve ☹️
