I got my card and tried to activate it and it said throw the card away so I got another one and it said the same thing

I bought this card to use to send someone money over PayPal but you can't even link it. You can't use it for anything. It just says I have x amount of dollars sitting in my account but I have 0 access to. Garbage is all I have to say. Unless I can get help I'm losing a lot of money.

Been using greendot for about 8 years or so. No issues and if I did they were resolved quickly. Best thing created was the stash , appreciate it greendot!!

I like this card thing because it allows me to basically do banking at dollar tree which is open much later than banks and i go there a lot anyway

I got this as a gift from an uncle and thought it was a regular prepaid card but no I’m having to register it yet it keeps messing up. Then after trying to call the customer support SIX TIMES all I get is a robot and have to lie my way through just to talk to a human yet I have done because they have “high call volume” because their stuff doesn’t work. I just want my money off that card and not be charged anything because this is complete trash

This is awful not only is the app terrible their cards don’t even work i wanted to get a app for my phone and I had family members try to type it in cause maybe I was pressing the wrong button but the tried and it still didn’t work. It would it was not a valid payment method and I had 25 dollars on my card that I would like to get back. Also don’t get me started on their app, it is so bad!!!! Your supposed register your card but you have to make a account and once you register your card you can’t make a account because it will say that doesn’t match our information on files. Overall this is a really bad company and I wouldn’t waste my time using their products because it’s just so awful.
