A must-have app for travelers!

I am a frequent traveler and travel blogger and can't praise the GPSmyCity app enough. When I find myself in a new destination, unsure of what to see and do, this app is a life saver! It offers such a wide variety of destinations and highlights unique attractions that you won't find in any guide book. The upgrade feature that allows you to follow along travel articles in real time offline is awesome! It's like having a personal tour guide in the palm of your hand! I definitely recommend!
Avoid if interested in historic sites

Purchased a city tour for Rovinj. Already reasearchrd the things I hoped to see in advance. Only one was on the app. Mostly restaurants and shopping. Could do much better on my own. Will never use again—they are the kinds of tours given to people on cruise ships with only a few hours for lunch and souvenirs.
Celebrity Homes Tour

It was very interesting to explore some of the celebrity homes in the area. I wish we could have seen more of the ‘s grounds and interiors but it was still exciting to see. The app includes a lot of historical information. The experience was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend especially during covid when there are not so many guided tours available.
Great for trip planning

The GPSmyCity app is a helpful tool to use in the early stages of trip planning. It’s nice to be able to browse walks and travel articles about a city to get ideas of what to see and do and where to eat. I also like that you can download maps of sights that you can reference during your trip.
Streets need to be transliterated into English

I downloaded the tours for Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The map is in Hebrew. Can’t it be transliterated into English?
Locked content wasn't great; now can't find user

Was hoping the locked content would include audio readings at least. Several destinations you don't even get more written content. You do get linked to additional scrubbed from the web articles though. Now that the trial is over, cannot log back into the app. Terrible

I've downloaded this app for my trip to Europe. I loved the idea of having an app that helped me to create an itinerary like Google trips used to do. This apps description mentions that it works offline which is absolutely not true. It will crash every time I'd use it without wifi nor data. When the app finally decided to start after the 5th time I opened it will just freeze. Complete worthless if you are trying to get information when you are out and about exploring the city you are at. I love the concept but I think this app still needs a lot of improvements ahead.

I have used this app and it’s earlier versions for years now...absolutely love it!!! The people that don’t like this app are the same type that would complain if they won the lottery!!!
