Really Wonderful App

We are constant travelers and have used this app in so many cities around the world. It is more than worth the cost with great navigation, really insightful suggestions, and up to date information. Those whole claim that Google Maps is its equal are wrong. This is not just a navigation app; it is meant to give details about culture, history, architecture, bars, restaurants, and every other aspect of visiting a city. It is our “go to app” when we first arrive in a new city. The walks are complete and informative. You get way more than you pay for with this fabulous app. Don’t hesitate.

Excellent App

It’s easy to use and has the offline GPS feature. It’s definitely worth the money as I paid about $12.95 to use the app to use in Milan, Vienna, Budapest, and Amsterdam for my 12-day trip to Europe. I used the app to pre-plan my trip and used it when I was on location by following the location I marked previously. Advice: Book your hotel AFTER you have marked the places you want to visit with this app so you can book a hotel close to where you will visit. I used the app together with Google Map which tells me what transportations I can take between locations, including walking, taxi or public transportations.

Doesn’t take or locate anything not on a tour. Spent 20 minutes trying to get it to take my hotel onto the map as a saved point. Forget about it.

life is just ducky

Found this app while visiting Savannah. Super helpful! Great app, saved us a ton of time so we were able to see more sights

Simply Doesn’t Work

Bought this for a visit to AMS. I’m here now and it is utterly useless. No mapping feature at all. Just shows a blank screen when you tap an attraction. And, yes, I downloaded the upgrade and the “offline” maps. Don’t waste your money.

Endless cycle of frustration

The App is fine in the rare instances that it works. Purchased for a trip to Greece in March. Would not let me download maps insisting I had to purchase the app. The Restore function didn’t work. Developer got it working and I was able to use it in Greece. Currently used in May in Portugal and the Czech Republic. Now can’t get out of the endless cycle of being told to Purchase in order to download cities in Austria. The app is probably fine if you have an unlimited phone and data plan and lots of free time while traveling. For me the effort just isn’t worth it anymore. Picked up a Rick Steves book for the area and it works every time I open it. This app has potential but the fact that it has a “Restore” option built in tells me this is a perpetual problem with this app. I would recommend passing on this one and trying one of the other apps or just get a book.

Best application

This app suits anyone who likes traveling. The app guides travelers through city sightseeings and at the same time gives an autonomy to choose or change the routes. I used this app during my travel in Belgrade, Rome, Florence, Stockholm and absolutely satisfied with the product.

Don't work

Tried using it around my city, kept saying I'm not in the area. Been trying to find upgrade button nowhere to be found. Won't let me use the GPS when I click on it. It's basically just an app that you look at. Hopefully developer can help before I leave for my trip.

Must have travel app

I’ll never travel without this app again! It lets me take city walking tours to the places I choose on MY schedule and at MY pace. Cost is far less than the tours I used to take whenever I traveled. Also guides me to restaurants, shopping, etc effortlessly. And when I had a question, the customer service was helpful and far faster than any I’ve ever experienced. I Love This app

Sounds great but a big letdown.

I subscribed to this as I am traveling to Japan shortly and wanted to plan some city walks. The app is extremely difficult to use. There is no continuity in the points on the various walks and all of the maps are in Japanese. Whilst I would love to learn the language it doesn’t help me in this instance. I also tried the customized walks feature but the search facility could not find even the most popular tourist attractions. Thankfully the easiest thing about this app is cancelling the subscription! Forget this app, do a little research, and plan your own walks.
