Don't have the time for a gym workout and with no equipment necessarily needed, this app isn't a slouch. It's just what I need for working out at home and I can easily incorporate the workouts into my daily routine.

So far so good. The workout made me feel like I was actually doing something at level one instead of some apps that make me feel like I haven't done anything. Will continue tomorrow trying it out.

I workout with a class 2-3x per week. On my off days I don't always find time to go to the gym &Clift weights or do cardio so this app works perfectly for those times when I want to stay home but still need to be active. Workouts are challenging but short so I'm motivated to finish.

Only been using a few days. I cycle between the weight room and body weight style exercises. The thing I like best are the workout combinations. Combine muscle groups I wouldn't think of .

Used this once a few years ago to help me get moving everyday and I lost 20lbs. I'm hoping it will help me shed the extra pounds I've gained since then. The workouts are not overwhelming and I feel great when I'm finished.
