This is a great routine to build your strength from any level of 0 push-ups to 100. The intensity of the work progresses in levels as you do the routines and you become stronger and healthier. Not very time consuming. This is great for those who don't need gym. You can do it any where.

The app is really easy to use. Examples are really great. For old farts like me, it's going to be painful. But worth it, I think!

Love the app and the exercises provided... I had no idea where to start (it's been so long). This app lets you pick your level, based on a simple test, and then bases the exercise level on that choice. Also love the fact that there are instructional videos for each exercise. Keep up the great work and excellent , again great to have as it's been too long.

Choose a level (beginner, etc.) to start with based on how many push ups you can do then work your way through the 30 or so preplanned workouts for that level before advancing to the next level. No equipment needed!

I usually go through this program with my kids over the summer. We have fun acting like monkeys and enjoy 'racing' to see who finishes first.
