I am an ex dancer and have been looking for something to get back in shape. The work out are short but can be difficult. If you can, double up on the reps to get a better work out. I can't wait to see my results

I was skeptical at first, the graphics shown and a peek into the workouts kind of made me wonder whether or not the program would be effective, but it definitely is. Every workout gets your heart going and leaves you satisfyingly sore the next day, even at the easiest level. It will train you up and get you fit without unnecessary strain or impact on your body. I'd recommend it to anyone.

As the title stated, I she not had this very long. Just a couple weeks. The workouts are short and effective my. This makes them easy to stick with. I'm already noticing small changes in my strength capacity!

The workouts are great but the features for the Apple Watch isn’t. The watch says rounds instead of reps. I wish the watch would also keep track of the rounds I do. Can’t complain too much since it’s free.
