I would recommend this to any who is looking for something convenient and effective at the same time

Great start

I have used Gorilla in the past and loved the results. It is a nice way to fit in a workout. It challenges me every time and I love how easy it is to do anywhere. I travel a lot for work and I am able to stay on track because they are all body weight exercises. I would highly recommend gorilla to anyone but especially those trying to get back in the workout groove.

Great app!

It's Worth It

Here's the thing. This app is perfect for the beginner, for the "I took the stairs once at work, did two floors a minute" person, or the "I'd exercise, but that would get in the way of my perpetual Netflix binge" person. It's also perfect for the "I CAN PULVERIZE CONCRETE WITH MY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABS! I SNORT LINES OF WHEY PROTEIN BEFORE SLURPING 30 RAW EGGS!" (Snuffling noises). Like any exercise program, it all depends on what you put into it, what you're willing to give up. For me, that's 20 minutes away from watching Regular Car Reviews back-to-back. To decide your level of involvement, you select exactly that. The best part is that I can do this at home. I live on the ground floor, sure, but the only person who knows that I went for the second level is me. There's no one to show off to, so you don't get too deep into it and break something. My one complaint is all of the exercise programs locked behind a paywall, but that's the price of convenience. So in conclusion: If you're looking for a beginner exercise program that you can do at home and feel comfortable with, this is it. Right here. Doesn't get better than this.
