Inconvenient to use schedule

Not easy to use the schedule function. You have to dig deep into the app, figure out which rule is effective, and set it on/off. Not intuitive and laborious.
Worked for a year then started failing in September

Worked great for a year and but around the beginning of September the WiFi become more and more unstable varying wildly throughout the day. I’m absolutely fed up with this and don’t know why google is refusing to admit there is a problem. I’ve read on quite a few forums that people are having the exact same issue!!!
Unbelievably badly designed

Bought 15 google mesh devices to cover my house (range is not good through concrete walls), hooked each device to my cat6 lan. Configuration is a nightmare, app returns errors again and again. Finally got the whole system working after a full day configuring and retrying, and two weeks later the main device starts failing causing the whole network to be unstable. There is no simple way to replace the main device, you have to factory reset the entire network of mesh devices and reinstall a main and each one again. The telco contractor didnt want to do the work as it would take too long. Now i have done a factory reset i am back to getting nothing but errors trying to recreate a network through the app. Tons of design flaws in this system and devices...buy something else.
Network isn’t down

This app says my network is down, but it’s not. Everything is working perfectly. The Google Home app even reports the network as working perfectly.
Inconsistent results

Great idea, unreliable results. For example, I have 3 Nest WiFi and running the network mesh test resulted in 3 different measures back to back. 2 oks, the. 2 greats, then 1 of each. Absolutely no changes in between the test. Now how is that useful in any way??? Get it together google,you certainly have the funds to get it right.

Scheduling breaks for my kids was the whole goal of investing the $$ for it. The scheduling programming is a little cumbersome but worth it when they worked. Then schedules got a little touchy. Have to reset them occasionally, unexplained shut offs, wife not able to adjust on her phone. Those sort things are getting more and more common.

Had this system for years and the software just got worse now rendering my wifi points useless. Google support flipped me between 6(!) support people before I gave up. All google want is your internet data they dont care about product quality Switching to eero

The app will not connect to the wifi for use, the phone will connect for use however, the app no go.
