I’ve use this app for privacy reasons I don’t like when ppl have my real phone number, the sound quality is great, user friendly, etc. been using this service for about 3/4 yrs

UPDATE: The developer response provided a link to a generic troubleshooting guide that didn’t even list this issue, and a link to the community forum that while discussed this exact problem no fix exists. I had already checked before posting this review. However this raises another issue: a complete lack of GOOGLE technical support. There is no place to contact experts at GOOGLE itself to report bugs and obtain actual fixes instead of work arounds. The community forum in general can primarily come up with work arounds but cannot patch the actual bugs in the software. Barring a way to directly contact Google this is the only option left? This app used to work well; however, for some reason the app no longer answers calls. When a call comes in and I swipe “answer” it silences the call and sends it to voicemail. I can never answer calls made to my Google Voice number on my phone any longer. And this needs to be fixed.

Sad I’ve had my number for years and recently it has so many bugs .. I can’t hear the phone ring when I’m calling people . My phone doesn’t ring on my end at times . I’ll have messages but won’t get the alert or notification until later . App used to be great and I have two numbers I use on It .

Is terrible and I can’t link my personal number to it for the life of me. And can’t find much support for it.

The Kate’s version does not show or send notifications when you get text from someone. Also it does not show who texted you.

Hello I don’t know what went wrong but my google voice just suddenly stopped texting , like I can’t send out messages nor receive messages again . Why is that if am to ask ?

You don’t deserve any star like zero stars cos the past 2weeks has been frustrating. You keep blocking not only mine but others also for no reason. If you can’t rectify these you should better shut down the app instead of selling us trash. Honestly this app is not good.

I've been using this app for over 10+ years and it a great app/service/solution. Works very well most of the time, and it's awesome if you are traveling outside the US.
