What the fu** has just happened? I've updated the application and all my codes disappeared! I can't even get access to my VISA!!

If you have codes and do an encrypted backup (which backs up *everything else* on the device) and restore, you lose *everything* in this app. Thanks for nothing.

I had to replace my phone, and after recovering an iCloud backup, I lost ALL of my keys. I don't even have a record of what services I had loaded. Shame on me for trusting Google to back up data for something as vital as this. I'm transitioning to Authy now; it uses the same functionality, and syncs data with iCloud. Hopefully this won't happen again.

Please be advised that your app has been showing up in the lock screen of my iPhone 5! Isn't secure if someone has your phone and all they have to do is slide the screen up and enter the code! Please look into this right away and implement a fix in the next update to the app. Until then, I'll be using the old method of having a phone call sent to my phone to get my auth. code. Thank you
v3.0.0 fail at launch

Running iOS 9.3.1 on iPhone 6. Tried launching the app for first time in months, doesn't even reach splash screen. Deleted and reinstalled, same behavior. Very disappointed.

It needs a way to reset it. I forgot the Email and password and you don't know what to do. No clear instructions on screen
