Decent way to track books

I love goodreads because the user ratings are often more helpful and accurate than amazon's. I don't love the layout or functionality of this app, especially with regards to finding friends and having conversations. Maybe I just need more practice with it. However, I overall appreciate goodreads and think it's very useful for keeping track of my booklist and remembering my impression of each book.

I use this app all the time to find new books to read. I really enjoy looking at the reviews before reading a new book.
Needs more options on app

Needs to offer more options on app, desktop version offers. When adding books to "own" bookshelf, it would be nice to be able to add multiple copies (hardcover and paperback or different covers). Note section would be nice too. Overall, this is a good app to get book ideas and see what your friends are reading.

Awesome app! The only thing I wish is that the "genres" button wasn't always the same books. I click "survival" looking for something new and all I see are the hunger games on the list. There's no variation it's always the same crap
