This is such a great app to use for all book lovers. An it’s also a great way to find new book to binge on.
Great story, intriguing, interesting easy reading. Platform is horrendous.. Galatea you frustrate so many readers with your marketing gimmick. As a writer, seasoned or very green, all I have to do is read the comments about Galatea from readers to know, I would never turn to Galatea to publish or sell my creations. How many subsurfaces do you have? Enough for each organization/companies to sustain profits/income/wealth when writers or other crafters stop turning to those w/this marketing platform that draws more negativity than positively?
This book started slow and didn’t hold my interest like the other Sparks books I’ve read. He did come through in the second half of the book. Enjoyed the read and not disappointed.
There is so much you cannot do and see with groups, namely the group bookshelves. If you want to create reading communities please make it easier for groups to communicate! The website has far more capability than the app, but it’s cumbersome to get my laptop out for the full experience of goodreads. This isn’t the case with other social media so obviously it can be done! Hire an app developer. It would also be great if you could mention people in comments.
It’s great, I love this app and have used it for years. My only complaint is that the UI needs a major update. I’m apart of quite a few groups and trying to navigate groups and/or see some posts in groups is nearly impossible. Not to mention updating posts/comments or even leaving comments in the groups is a bit frustrating on mobile. It would be nice if I didn’t have to logon to my laptop to update challenges I’m apart of in my groups. Besides that, I don’t have many complaints. Albeit a bit outdated, but the UI is quite easy to navigate. I recommend giving the UI an update- maybe like the mobile website to make it easier to participate in groups or navigate articles without having to be taken to an in-app browser.
Love it. Really like it to incentivize me to read and see what my friends are reading.
It's great for finding good books from the reviews & recommendations. Before I purchase a book I always check it here.
