It’s so hard to find help on their app . No easy email or live chat support option neither a callback number listed. Just a bunch of sponsored content . Such a less usability

I was booking my train ticket than my amount get debited on 1st dec and booking was failed later on I was waiting from last 10-12 days I have not received my refund amount. And when I was searching customer service contact no so there is no contact details found. Now you all guys understand my feelings how and from where I can get my refund back . This is only one thing I have one more experience . I booked my another train ticket from this site. I have done booking for 2 tier AC and paid amount but when I traveled than they have allotted me 3rd AC birth. For That amount also I can not make any complaint because there is no customer service back up no contact no is there If you guys feel I am fake 6264587759 this is my contact no. You can call me anytime

Worst site to book a ticket. Never ever spend your hard earned money in booking a flight through them. If you ever want to cancel or request for refund, all you will get is errors errors errrors errrors with no customer support. Pathetic customer support and service!!! App/site made with errors errors errors only !!!

doesn’t even have proper contact details to get in touch with customer care. doesn’t show status of flights if they get cancelled Not even an email about the flight status i should probably book with airlines directly
