Bad service ever experienced – Goibibo: Hotel, Flight & Train Review

I was booking my train ticket than my amount get debited on 1st dec and booking was failed later on I was waiting from last 10-12 days I have not received my refund amount. And when I was searching customer service contact no so there is no contact details found. Now you all guys understand my feelings how and from where I can get my refund back . This is only one thing I have one more experience . I booked my another train ticket from this site. I have done booking for 2 tier AC and paid amount but when I traveled than they have allotted me 3rd AC birth. For That amount also I can not make any complaint because there is no customer service back up no contact no is there If you guys feel I am fake 6264587759 this is my contact no.
