I faced bad experience with a hotel last week i have reported it in detail to the goibibo customer care. They have zero interest in resolving and don't have any interest in responding to calls or emails. They are posting some hotels which don’t even have basic amenities. Don't fall for their bait in lowest price hotels they are worst of the worst. I’m gonna stop using this crappy application.

Have tried to book flight for the past 12 hours and my credit cards are rejected for “security risk”. Called my credit card companies and they said they had not rejected any request for payment. The company never requested payment at all. They out and out lied. I don’t do business with companies that lie to me.

Hello All, Please don’t book any flight, hotel, train or bus through Goibibo. Main thing they don’t have proper contact number for communicating with customers. I had booked a flight from USA to India via Canada through these frauds. They didn’t mention anywhere in the ticket that it is compulsory to have a transit visa in Canada. I raised a request to reschedule my travel 3hrs before flight departure. Finally I got a call from them 12 hrs after my request that also after flight departure. They are the cheaters and booking through Goibibo is just like you are putting your money in a trash.
They increase the price everytime I want to book in a hurry.

They see my searching pattern when they detect I'm in a hurry to book they increase the price. Has happened many times. I get really frustrated

I started using this for a week, spent around $5000 booking through this and then found out that they were hiding charges in the fees. They don’t give a breakup of charges in the invoice. They say free seat selection and cancellation but then when you go to use it, they charge for everything. They add travel insurance by default until you opt out which is illegal in the US and most countries. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau in the US also. Meanwhile avoid this app and service. I also think most of the favorable reviews are fake. Apple should investigate this. M
It used to be good but not any more

First of all they send you emails after you check every flight and or hotel. I just got ten emails immediately after I checked a few hotels. This is creepy and a breach of my privacy. Also the fees are now too hidden until you check out, rates double above what they advertise. I am now switching travel providers. Two years ago this app and company was great but now its bloated and fraud. Oh and you can never really use the points your earn, the charges just come back in higher convenience fees.
