Glitchy app causes client to lose money – GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel Review

The app had several glitches which made the process very difficult for me to sell. The company ended up co-signing my shoes (due to a logistical issue caused by their app malfunction). They never asked for a list price from me and sold the shoes for $100 less than market value without asking me. Customer service is no help and gives generic responses not tailored to your particular situation.
