The card is terrible for anything to do at Pearl Harbor. There are no signs or direction anywhere telling you what or how to use the card. It good for surf lessons and things that don’t require you to scan the card.

I used the app for my recent trip to New York and was very happy that me, my husband and kids were able to see 6 attractions without any issues. I used it at Statue of Liberty ferry to Liberty Island, Empire State, Madamme Tussaud, Top of the Rock, Big Bus hop on hop off, American Museum of Natural History. We did have to go to the ticket counter at each of these attractions and show the passes and they gave a physical ticket but it was very quick. I was a bit worried with the reviews but everything worked out well. I got the 7 day attraction pass from their website and not from Groupon.

Keep getting error message when trying to load my pass. Customer service told me to delete app, re-install and try again. Still won’t work. I guess I’ll have to print passes, not so helpful

Read reviews but downloaded app anyways! “Look up passes” failed instantly, tried multiple attempts.Couldn’t add passes purchased through military morale welfare and recreation . I was in Dubai already so of course customer service was closed in the US. No option left but to go to the gate and stand in line. Very frustrating....avoiding lines at attractions with 3 kids in very hot weather! This is why reliable similar apps like this were developed! Something is not working right and thai is not the first time this is being addressed in reviews... But who cares....

This should be a simple app to use but I couldn’t even add my order number for my go card that I bought it from Costco

Couldn’t add my pass, which was purchased from Groupon, to the app. After reading the reviews I did call customer service. Yes, they did good in confirming my order number & email address. I was able to add my passes to the app. BUT... I told the representative that I will be purchasing more passes for a different city. Will I be able to add those passes without trouble? The answer was a frustrating “YOU HAVE TO CALL US AGAIN TO BE ABLE TO ADD ANOTHER PASS.” Seriously?! Can’t you spare us and your customer reps, who did sound bored and annoyed (I presumed from the same complaints) from all this trouble? Please make it user friendly for those purchasing from Groupon or Costco to add passes to your app.

The discounted price is not what showed up in my cart, and the purchase would not go through. I called to receive help, and they man helping was absolutely useless! It was apparent he would’ve loved to have been anywhere else other than at work, on the phone with me. He was nasty, did not offer any suggestions to help, and did not care that the app was messing up! Very disappointed in the lack of concern, help, and simple decent courtesy I expect from a place of business.

Just purchased and tried to load my passes in the app with the order number sent to me via email. As per other reviews, It won’t load. This has happened a lot via the other reviews too. They need to fix. I will have to call customer service tomorrow.
