So easy but a bit buggy

Everything worked very well for me. However I had to buy my adult passes and children passes in separate transactions because of my banks limits so I had two cards. The buggy part came in when I tried to access them. At times both cards would say child, instead of one child one adult. I just had to back out of the app and reenter for it to work. That's a little annoying when there is a line behind me, but over more handy than having to locate a piece of paper which could have gotten lost. Love this app.
Can't load pass

App doesn't appear to work. Every time I try to look up a pass the app immediately crashes.

First, to be clear this rating is about the app and not the service in the hope they improve it. Using the app to buy passes is very disjointed - all this app is a portal to use their website. I don't want to use a website to browse the venues. It would also be better if the app also utilized the Wallet feature. Scanning a bunch of passes is insane when I could simply pass a pass to my friends.

Don't think you are going to by pass the buy ticket line... waiting in line now after going thru the pre-purchased ticket line. Not a time saver at all... if I hadn't saved money would of given ZERO stars.

You think that you will save and do not need to wait in line when you arrive . That is not correct Th bar codes they give you are useless You can't use them . Still need to wait in long lines after you buy your ticket online

Would be great to be able to put these in your Apple wallet. Also would be nice to show the number of scans on each pass to keep track of it. Also occasionally a vendor will double scan your pass and use an extra credit (Accidentally or intentionally). Would be nice to keep track of that and to show a receipt for what vendor scanned the pass and with a time stamp!
Metro stops in location tab?

I'm just getting started on this journey, but it sure would be helpful in the location tab to list the closest subway/metro stop for each attraction.

Since we used the app instead of the paper tickets we were forced to wait in line at the Empire State Building as if we didn't have a ticket. Meanwhile people with paper tickets from Go City Card, WHICH HAVE THE SAME EXACT scan-ability as the app, went to the front of the line. Hey Go City Card sorry you have contracts with printers but until you get with it your reviews are going to suffer. We paid the same $$$ but got a worse experience. You need to offer a discount for those using the app since we're second class.
