Crashes

The app crashes every time I try to confirm our passes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, and anything else I could think of. App is useless.
Email confirmation evaporated or seriously lagged

My PayPal account has been charged, but the email confirmation has never arrived. Without a confirmation number, I cannot even cancel the purchase. And the customer service is only during limited business hours. Has my purchase simply evaporated?
App is garbage

I had hopes of being able to use my mobile device to keep track of all my family’s Go City cards safely. This app fails to even find my pre-purchased cards. I’ve tried multiple times entering the order number and the card number associated with the correct email and I get an error message each time.
This app is very basic and lacks key features

This app absolutely NEEDS to have Apple Wallet integration so the passes can daily be shown in Apple Wallet. Please add ASAP!

I have tried everything. Deleting, redownloading, restarting my phone. It crashes every time I try to search for my trip. I have an iPhone SE, iOS 11.2.6

Server issues are real. And a pain in the butt. The customer service queue is brutal. So if you already paid for this, prepare for long waits physically and virtually on the phone...waiting for resolve. Good luck to all who attempt this great adventure of $$$ watching die.
Not reliable

I used this on a trip to San Diego and it work great at Legoland but at both the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park their machines had trouble reading the app. We got in but only after a delay. I wish I had just printed out the passes.

Absolute horror. Bought tickets to Sea World and they denied the tickets. Called the number and they denied any problems with their service. Had to pay for the tickets twice
Destination Chicago works!

Last time we were in Chicago we used this app. Worked without any issues. Nice to save some money!
Need more information

There is not enough directions on the 4 day pass. Only one premium is allowed for all the days. Didn't know how far and has to pay an upgrade or have my credit ca s charged. Not happy!!!
