Couldn’t add my pass

Bought the pass and was instructed to use the app as ticket but the app would not find my order number. I couldn’t even speak to anyone on costumer service after being on hold for 20 mins. What a useless app!

The app was great to help you find all of the activities and their location, but it does not make it easier for you to plan your day. It would be great if it showed all activities in an area so there’s less back and forth. Also, it should let you rate the attractions so other people can know which ones really are not worth the time. It would help other people get the most out of their pass.

I was little bit hesitant to try this app after looking at the ratings. But, recent reviews kind of gave me some hope to try it out. And It worked really well. The passes got into app after few mins of the purchase and worked well in all the attractions we tried. Nothing special about this app but main thing is it works as it supposed to be. I hope the developers should have fixed all the bugs reported earlier. So, I would definitely recommend to try this app.

I recently installed the app, and was able to load my Go Boston cards that I purchased from Costco.com without any problems. They must have fixed the app. It's helpful since you can use the app to see what attractions you can go to,and what is close to you. You can also print out a copy of your cards just in case.

Multiple discount possibilities.

Once you get this app you will be offered multiple discounts in your email. I have used this program in Chicago, San Diego, and almost San Antonio. Chicago I had no problems. San Diego I had to call and spend 30 minutes on phone getting it straight. San Antonio I gave up since I emailed and no one responded in three days. I was able to find a better local deal. I might try again next trip.

The app worked great for us! After reading reviews of app crashing I just took screen shots of our passes and texted them to my husband so we both had them. The app never crashed for me but it helped when my phone died. If you are doing the one day pass just make sure you plan well as the things (at least in Boston) were pretty spread out. We ended up saving $10 each person. However if we had an earlier start or had done another day, I’m sure we would have saved more! Over all a very good experience.

Placed two separate orders with same email addresses, can't find any way to lookup the second order. App is useless.

This app is failing to pull up my order. I’m traveling tomorrow and this is incredibly frustrating!!! I have entered the order # multiple different ways and tried two different email addresses even though I placed the order under one email.

No recomiendo esta aplicación ya que no es lo que ofrecen. Asegúrate de saber bien donde deseas visitar ya que yo compré este paquete en Orlando Florida esperando visitar barios lugares de aquí. Pero solo avía dos o tres y los demás lugares para visitar estaban entre 1:30 a 4:00 horas de distancia. Si vas a visitar legoland mejor compra tus boletos en otra lugar. Si mis entradas las u viera comprado el la entrada a los lugares que visité me ubiera ahorrado 180 dollar En tres días. Le doy 1 estrella
