No longer works

Crashes for me and my entire family. This app no longer works. There’s no one you can contact in customer service. Did they just stop working on this app and close the business? What is going on? Is there any way to reach anyone? We can’t use this at all anymore and we have all pretty much deleted it.

Can’t get in the app now...can’t get past the policy statement. I depended on Glympse for this very important information. Now I can’t send it to you. What is happening, Glympse??

I can’t get past the ‘I agree' page!

The ‘I agree’ page flashes a map and goes back to’i agree’ page. The app blocks me from opening the Glympse sent to me by a traveler by going to the app. On my other iPad without the app I can get the Glympse. USELESS and I can’t delete the app!

This was a great app now it doesn’t work at all please fix it

App constantly crashes with “Fatal Error” message

Each time the app is opened it asks for me to agree to share location, switches to the map for a second, then brings me back to the window asking to accept the app tracking location. It is a continuous loop and each time I click “accept,” it sends me a message saying “Fatal Error. If problem persists contact support...” I did, and they thanked me for reporting without providing a fix.

Stuck at Terms Screen

Since the latest update, I am stuck at the Terms & Condition screen. I keep hitting Accept, but it won’t move past this screen. This is a bug and problematic when I’m trying to keep an eye on my partners long drive.

So far I am not liking this app. Terms and agreements are written in a different language. How do I correct this? I hear from my family this is a good app.

I am NOT technically challenged, but I think this app is. After spending way too much time trying to figure it out, I admit defeat and am deleting this application. Like another reviewer mentioned, Facebook has a better product to.
