I can’t get past the ‘I agree' page! – Glympse -Share your location Review

The ‘I agree’ page flashes a map and goes back to’i agree’ page. The app blocks me from opening the Glympse sent to me by a traveler by going to the app. On my other iPad without the app I can get the Glympse. USELESS and I can’t delete the app!
